Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and it should be a great day for you and your guests! The entertainment can be one of the most memorable features of the day. Whether you want a DJ or a live band, classical music or a magician, there's scope for letting your imagination run wild.

Organising a wedding can be a stressful time, but with HTG you know that your entertainment planning will be stress free.

Before booking with us we are happy to speak to you about your entertainment needs and will meet you in person to discuss details. These meetings are usually an informal chat about your musical requirements, the timings on the big day and anything else you would like to ask about.

When you book us for your wedding we are always available to speak to you about any arrangements right up until the day itself. Distance permitting, we will visit the venue you have chosen to check on all the details before the wedding day. This will help to make your day run as smoothly as possible and leave you with one less thing to worry about.

In addition, from the moment you confirm a booking with us, you have access to a private online bulletin board for the sole use of your wedding party, subject to a Fair Usage Policy. This enables you to discuss any plans such as the hen and stag do, or music lists with your relatives and friends around the world. You can also use this to share photos and stories with guests, friends and family for one month after the wedding.

We guarantee to get hold of the song you want as your first dance if we do not already have it. We are happy to make announcements throughout the night but will primarily let all your favourite music do the talking.

All our professional quality equipment is clean, tidy, PAT tested and under two years old. We have full public liability insurance.
